Hi Antonio

I hope you are well..

I have recently updated joomdle to the latest version...

The system check fails

Joomdle Web Services An unexpected error happened: 404: Unknown error

In Moodle, when i check under the external web services... my web service user has lost all of its functions... The functions just dont exist anymore (even with the add function, there are no more functions with joomdle in it)

Can you help on an urgent basis

Thanks

You can enable debugging in Moodle to get more info about the 404, but I guess it will tell you that function does not exists.

I would just delete current service, and create a new one. adding joomdle funcitons. Then create a new token.

That's weird....never saw that before.

You can try uninstalling Joomdle in Moodle, visiting notifications, and then installing again.

Remove moodle/auth/joomdle folder, and then visit notifications in Moodle.

Then, install joomdle auth plugin again.

That might be related to something else, and not Joomdle.....

You should check your logs to see if there is any message with more information. Also, enable debugging in Moodle to see if it says something.

Ok.

Remove also block jsgroup, as it is the one calling auth plugin.
Then visit notifications.
