How To Use Joomdle with ACY Mailing 9 was created by Garrett
Hello,
The Joomdle ACY Mailing plugins listed here are www.joomdle.com/download/category/21-acymailing

Which of these plugins are for ACY Mailing 9.9.1?

These are older, some from 2014. It is not clear which of these can be used with ACY Mailing 9. I do not see any mention version 9 compatibility.

It sounds like this integration would allow me to insert Joomdle data into emails like "My Courses". I have attached an image. You can see that DPCalendar has its own button. Would Joondle have its own button too?

Would it also be able to be used to segment lists?

Please advise on the ACY Mailing integration and how to get it working.

Thanks

Hi.

I unpublished the old plugins, and also updated the current ones because when I tested I found some small issues.

As you say, a new button will appear when you install the dynamics and you will be able to add course information to the email.

As for the segment lists... no, I don't know what that is. What Joomdle mailing list integration allows is to create and keep up to date course-related mailing list.
You can get more info here, the list managment section:
www.joomdle.com/wiki/Acymailing

Do you have that plugin? Can you share it? Maybe I can get some info to improve Joomdle integration.

The segmented lists allow you to make lists based on other lists or user behavior. I would think for Joomdle the user behavior could be "Has not accessed the course in # of days", "has assignments past due", etc.

The segmentation is a series of filters that narrows to a list of users. Something like this:

Belongs to Moodle Course List
AND
Has never opened an email

I have attached the plugin for you to look at.

Thanks for the info on the segmented lists, I will take a look at it when I have some time to see if it is something we can use.

As for the Acy DPCalendar plugin: I don't see it in the package you attached (I removed it from your post so it is not available for other users)

ACY Mailing has a Add-Ons menu item in the admin area. This will allow you to add all their addons for different apps.

I cannot directly download.

You can see the docs here:

docs.acymailing.com/addons/joomla-add-ons/dpcalendar

I have attached an image of what the add-ons look like.

Ah, thank you, I remember now, they only let you download via its own marketplace...not very nice in my opinion :(

Then it is not important, as what I wanted to check was the possibility of installing the integration without having to do manual steps, as described here:
www.joomdle.com/wiki/Acymailing

It seems that is not possible, so you will need to do the manual install to get the Joomdle button to show.
