Antonio,
Perhaps I am doing something wrong?
After all the mess caused by Joomdle on the previous site, I decided to test it at the most basic on a very simple site with Joomla 5.3.3 and Moodle 5.02 with a single small course on a subdirectory. Both software were installed very standard and well tested over several years. Server is Ubuntu 24.04 with Mariadb 10.11 and apache2
The Joomla side seemed to mostly work but 'save and close' in config didn't.
In Moodle almost all of the elements necessary for configuration of Joomdle were missing - no 'make token', no 'web services,' no 'external services' no Joomdle user. etc.
Worse, when I tried to uninstall it from Moodle, there is no 'uninstall'. I've disabled it, etc but no obvious way to remove it.
What do you suggest? I'm unwilling to spend another 12 hours testing this one also.

Go to Plugins->Authentication->Manage authentication and check that you don't have any users with auth=joomdle. If you do, edit them and change their auth method to manual. Uninstall link should show afterwards.
