Cannot access moodles after upgrade

Hello, I recently upgraded moodle and Joomdle, now I cannot login, as admin nor regular user.
Is there anything I can do to to get access to the backend?

I guess system check is failing on Joomla?

Ideally you should have a Moodle admin that is not a Joomdle user (has auth=manual instead of auth=joomdle).
If you don't, you can change the auth method in the database directly (mdl_user table) and try to log in.
