what is Joomla User Fields Profile?

i found the new extension in the joomdle download area but i can't find any doc for that.
what is this and what is difference between this and joomdle mapping option in the component menu?

This is to integrate the new Joomla Fields component, that lets you define new fields for user registration:
docs.joomla.org/Help37:Components_Fields_Fields

So, this plugin is just as the ones for Easysocial, Jomsocial, etc: it will let you sync user info from Joomla to Moodle, by allowing the mapping of the custom fields defined.
