[Closed] Shop Integration Dropdown Empty

I've got Joomdle 1.0 talking properly between Moodle 2.8 and Joomla 3.3.6 perfectly fine. Now I'm trying to integrate Hikashop into the system. Hikashop itself works fine, but when I go to Joomdle and select the Shop section of the Configuration, there's nothing available to choose as seen here.



Then if I select the Joomdle Shop link it says "Shop integration is not enabled", which makes sense since I can't select anything. I believe I followed the instructions correctly but don't see why the Shop Integration will not let me select anything.

Hi Bruce.

You need to install and enable 2 plugins for Hikashop integration:
- Hikashop orders
- Hikashop selling courses

I knew it would be something basic I was just missing.

I just installed both of the plugins and enabled them, but I'm still not getting a choice in the dropdown. I installed the following two plugins:

• Hikashop Orders - plg_system_joomdlehikashop_v1.0.0.zip
• Hikashop Selling Courses - plg_joomdleshophikashop_v1.0.0.zip

Any other suggestions? I'm sure I'm just missing something, but I'm not sure what at this point.

Mmm.. I don't know, if plugins are enabled, option should show in dropdown. I guess you reloaded configuration page...

If you cannot get it working, you can send credentials to development@joomdle.com and I will take a look myself as soon as I can.

Okay, I will send this along. My next thought was to re-install Hikashop. I have a feeling everything is there, I'm just missing something simple.

I just wanted everyone to know, it was something on my side, and my not thinking properly. It seems there was something going on with caching in the backend and it hadn't updated the list for me, probably browser caching. Half hour later everything was there and running, and it was there instantly when Antonio went to check. So, if you run into this problem, just clear your cache first to see if that fixes it

Same scenario but virtual Mart 3 in my case.After installing and enabling both the module for VM, it is still not showing in the drop down menu.
Please do the needful.
