No Shop Integration or following update of Hikashop update

Hi guys,

Congratulations on the great excellent inclusions in the latest upgrade of Joomdle.
It is simply the best option for our site set up.

In the latest upgrade of Hikashop and Joomdle the "buy course" or "Add to cart" button is unavailable. Both of the developers we have help us out have been unable to solve the issue. The following is a description of what is happening;

- Hikashop not showing on the Shop Integration drop down so not available in Joomdle
- System - Joomdlehikashop plugin enabled and showing in Hikashop
- Products all have prices in Moodle and prices showing in Products page of Hikshop. The Order field is a dark x and each product has a green tick - Published.
- Hikashop only view of Moodle courses has the Add to Cart button
- Checked with Paypal developer and the link to Pay Pal purchasing functions works fine from the Hikashop only view of moodle courses.
- Joomdle view of Moodle courses show on the front end (joomla) including Duration, Cost, Topics and the Course Contents link.
- No Add to Cart button available in the Joomdle view of the courses
- System check is all green
- All courses listed in Course Requests section of Joomdle.
- Hikashop is not an option available in the Shop Integration drop down in Joomdle
- Joomdle Shop is blank - see attached.

- Joomdle v1
- Hikashop 2.3.5
- Moodle 2.7.2

Any direction you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Have they installed the Version 1.0 of the Hikashop plugins?

If not, they will need to download a copy and install. If they have installed the plugins, please login to this forum using the username that was used to purchase the subscription and re-post your issue so we can verify the subscription.

Note: Joomdle and support for Joomdle is still at no cost to the community. To help with the development, a membership / subscription is required to download and gain support to the plugins.

Hi Chris,

I'm not certain if they have installed the Version 1.0 of the Hikashop plugins.
I have been to the Hikashop site and searched for a version of Joomdle and the only link I can find is to a Wikipedia overview of the process of integration.

Where to from here?

The primary / mandatory ones you require are
- Hikashop Orders
- Hikashop Selling Courses

I am not very technical, would I be able to plug these straight into Joomdle or will I need a developer to assist me?

I should be able to follow the instructions provided however I need clarification before I install the packages.

Just install using the normal Joomla install routine and enable the plugins from the Joomla/Extensions/Plugin area.

I've sent an email to the development email provided for assistance finishing off the upgrade.
Only it has bounced back twice. so I've resent it via my gmail account.
