Problem with parent - children feature

Hi i am interested in the parent - children feature. I use hikashop as the shop component. When i make a menu for assign courses and add new children nothing happens. It tells me that user is created (it is shown in the joomla users backend page and i have enabled him too) but at the assign courses page there are no children under the parent account. And no courses either (i have bought courses and confirmed the order). What could be wrong?
Also is there any way currently to buy a course and be assigned the parent role in moodle?

I don't know why you don't see newly created children in assign courses page, as this is working fine for other users. You can send me access credentials so I can take a quicklook (antonio@joomdle.com)

As for parent role: you can set Joomdle to enrol parent user as parent when they assign courses to children.
