Moodle Data Not Syncing

Hi

I need help, I am using Hikashop as my front end cart to sell courses and Easy-profiles to capture user info.
I have mapped the easy profile fields to moodle and everything was working perfectly, until I converted my site to https:
I am using two different domains, only the one with Joomla has SSL, the moodle site does not

After activating the https I went to moodle and changed the web address under plugins/authentication/Joomdle to include the https
Also My system health check is all green

Yet when a user registers it adds only the username to moodle no additional info

I wish I could, but if I try to login with my other username your site redirects me to mobile login menu and that is as far as I can get, which is why I created a new account, if you can fix the website so that I can login I would gladly do so.

Please write to development at joomdle.com so we can look into the problem with your account. As you can log in with a new account, I guess there must be a problem with the fitst one.

I have sent them a message again, I am hoping it gets sorted out.
If my subscription has expired I am hoping you can extend it for me as I send a message to development on 11 March regarding this and till now this has still not been fixed.

Regarding your problem: if you go to Joomla backend to edit the new user, and just save it again, does it make more info to show on user profile?

Try setting Additional Data source to "None" in Joomdle config, and then do the same test again, please.

I did as you suggested, the one I opened and saved again is now showing in moodle, however all that is showing now is username, name, surname and email none of the other fields are updating.

Yes, that was expected, as you disabled Easy profile integration.

I will contact you by email to discuss this further, as I may need to access your site to try to debug the problem there, because it seems that there is some problem with easyprofile integration that is causing the whole profile sync operation to fail.
