Joomdle Products Not Showing up in Hikashop

I have already dropped a mail to you yesterday itself but have not received any response yet. Have already shared the credentials with you.

Products are showing in Joomdle Shop but they are not showing up in Hikashop at all.

Please help.

For reference: this was caused by incorrect category settings in Joomdle shop configuration.

I was curious to know that I have many categories in Moodle and here the setting that you have done conveys a message that only one category can reflect in Hikashop. That ways it will completely tie me up to one category.

Can you let me know, how can I show up all the categories their, i.e. I have other categories whose ID's are 14, 16 & 41.

As far as I can understand, I should put the main category ID that is 2 in the Joomdle settings in order to show up all categories and products in them in Hikashop.

Please suggest.

The process would be:
- Create "all courses" category in Hikashop. You can have it unpublished. Get its id and enter it in Joomdle config.
- When creating new products with Joomdle, they will be added to that category
- Create as many categories as you want in Hikashop
- Once product is created, edit it in Hikashop and add it to any category you want, keeping it also in the original "All courses" category

This way you can have courses in the categories you want.
Keeping hem in "all courses" category makes them work fine with Joomdle.
