Please try this to see if it is working. In the backend:
- Set subscription to Active, save
- Set subscription to Expired

Then check if you still have access to the courses. They should not show in "my courses" any more.

I have checked this in backend it is working fine.

When subscription is set to expire there is no course available.

Thanks for the info.

I have not tested this with "normal expiration", and now that I am trying, I am having a hard time finding out what I have to do.
So, some questions for you to see if you can help me:
- What Hikashop version are you using?
- Did you set a cron job?

We just released a new package, that hopefully fixes the issue. At least it does for me in my local testing.

Please download the new version and test, and let us know how it goes.
