Can't send the enrol email to buyers was created by Edward
Hi Antonio,
I installed all the plugins needed for Joomdle and eShop, and I enabled them. However, when a user bought a course at eShop, the admin mailbox (support@lifesciences.institute) got a message of the order, the buyer didn't get a message or the enrol email. Can you help me check why the enrol email didn't send out?
And we also want to customize the enroll email; how to do that?
By the way, can we enable user registration during the user's purchase?
Thanks,
Edward

Hi Edward.
I have removed the access data you posted, as this is a public forum and anyone could see it. I think you should change them just in case.

Was the user enroled to the course? Is the order Completed/Confirmed?
> And we also want to customize the enroll email; how to do that?
I don't think you can customize the mail from Moodle, but you can customize the one from Joomdle in Joomdle backend, Config->Shop
> By the way, can we enable user registration during the user's purchase?
Yes, that should work fine. If you find any issues, please let me know.

Hi Antonio,
I tested it twice using two accounts. The first user was enrolled in the course, but the second one didn't. I got both orders' complete emails in the admin mailbox.
Thank you for reminding the public of access.

Hi.
If you get the admin order email, but the user doing the purchase does not get any emails from Eshop, I would test this first: create a new normal product in Eshop, not tied to any course, and complete a purchase to see if the user gets the confirmation message.
This way we can know if the problem is related to Joomdle or not.

Hi, I tested it with a new normal product (
www.lifesciences.institute/index.php/com...hop/tea/test-product
) in Eshop, not tied to any course, and complete a purchase. I got the confirmation message.

Hi.
I just tested at your site, and I got enrolled to the course and received the order email.
I also received the "welcome to course" email from Moodle, and the "Welcome to COURSE_NAME" message you have configured in Joomdle->Shop in Joomla backend.
So, it seems everything is working as expected in my test. Please do some more testing and let me know how it goes.
If you find a problem, try to consistently replicate it so I can study it.
