Hikashop - Joomla Usergroup - Jcohort was created by Lionel Ray
Hi Antonio,
I've set up a massaction in Hikashop that assign a group to a user when he buy a certain product on the shop.
That part is working well atm.
My problem is when people are added to the group with this massaction, they are not added in Moodle through JCohort.
I don't know if I have to set something for it to sync or is there something I'am missing in my configuration.
Any idea on what could possibly stop Jcohort from working ?
Thanks in advance,

Hi.
> My problem is when people are added to the group with this massaction, they are not added in Moodle through JCohort.
Maybe the massaction process is not triggering the needed event so that jcohort plugin kicks in.
I can't check now, as I don't have my development laptop with me (until April 26th)
You can also ask Hikahop support. The event needed is onUserAfterSave.

Hi,
No worries, I can wait for you to test it on your side.
I will also check with Hikashop and let you know if they answer me.
Thanks

It is better that you double check with Hikashop support, but I took a look and I would say that this process is not triggering the needed events for jcohorts to work.
