Hello,
One of the things we have to be careful when we try to make the connection between Joomla and Moodle and not get the Error XML-RPC (7021) is know our site's IP address.
This could be easily done if we enter on our Run console: ping (domain). Example: if you want to know the IP for this site, you would enter "ping joomdle.com". The result would be:
From the picture you can see that 120.50.42.211 is he public IP for this site. This is the IP you should enter when you set in Moodle the XML-RPC IP parameter.
