Permissions to view courses

Hi we have community builder set up and Joomdle CB courses in a tab.
The problem is when logged in as a student the link to the courses for each student just cycles back to the front of community builder.
But when logged in as a teacher the links work and bring up the home page of moodle but not the actual course in the joomdle wrapper.

I can only think this is down to permissions but I have tried allocating new permissions to the student level and it seems to make no difference.
Do you have any pointers that might help me locate the problem.

Have you tried using the "my courses" module or view to see if you have the same problem? I have never seen a problem like that before.

Solved. It turned out to be system Nomad, a front page redirect plugin for joomla that redirects the home page based on acl
If we set the home page to be Moodle all works ok. But we had the student Hompage set to Community builder and Joomdle did not like that.
