Users not auto logged in to Moodle

I have same issue. Try turn on and off redirectless SSO, but not work.
When user logged in to Joomla then go to Moodle, it does't work, but when logged to Moodle then go to Joomle it works.
Can you help me?

First question: are Joomla and Moodle on the same domain? Redirect-less SSO only works on same domain.
Normal SSO with redirect should work anyway, though.
Check that you are not visiting www.site.com and have configured site.com or viceversa.

In Joomdle configuration additional data source for User profiles is Community Builder.

Did you check the www vs non-www?
