Hi,

We recently updated a client's site from Joomla 2.5 to 3.3.6, and in the process we updated Joomdle to the latest version. The client also updated Moodle to the latest version, but now Joomdle's configuration page, beside "Joomdle Web Services", says "An unexpected error happened: 404: Unknown Error."

Any ideas?

- When you updated Joomdle in Joomla, did you also replace the Joomdle moodle files?
- Did you add all the new Joomdle functions to Moodle?

You can turn on error reporting in both Joomla and Moodle to see if you have a more defined error message.

Thanks for the tip! I asked the client to add the new Joomdle functions to Moodle, but I didn't realize some files needed to be uploaded to Moodle as well. I should have checked the Upgrade instructions:

www.joomdle.com/wiki/Upgrading

We should be able to get it working now... Thanks again.
