Hi Antonio. I tried deploying joomdle on a remote server, so I wouldn't have to muddle with that port redirect aspect. I was able to successfully install joomdle.
I am disappointed it didn't work locally, but I'm sure with the advise you have already given me I can work it out. Thanks very much for your help
