For reference:
- SSO in Ahmad site is working fine with no additional changes
- Chris site is also working fine, problem was that Joomdle auth method in Moodle was unpublished

I am working on a new installation of Joomdle and Moodle.
Has anyone using Joomdle 1.0.5, Joomla 3.5.1, and Moodle 3.1 had issue with logging in and user accounts listed in Joomdle?
In Joomdle, I get all green checkmarks when I do system check. However in the Joomdle Users section, I only get green checkmarks for Joomla Account. I don't get any for Moodle Account or Joomdle User. I can use the buttons to add users to Joomdle and Moodle, if the user doesn't exist there, but I can't see if the users exist in either, even if they do.
That makes it hard to know what user accounts need to be migrated.
Also, I am having issues with user logins. I can log in fine with a user properly in both systems. However if I log out, and then try to log in again with any user I get this error:
The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again.
If I let the sessions expire, by waiting the needed amount of time, I can log in again without any issues. If I log out, the problem happens all over over again.
Any ideas what could be causing that? Did I miss something in the setup?

I have no problem with users view. Can you try using the filter to see if that makes any difference on the checks shown?
Also, login is working fine for me, even after logout. I tested login and logout in Joomla. How are your redirect-less SSO and logout settings in Joomla?

With the users view the filter was the issue. Once I changed the filter the checkmarks were visible.
As far as the login issues I am having, I have the same issue regardless if the "Use redirectless SSO" and "Use redirectless logout" are set to Yes or No.
I have walked through the installation a couple times to see if I missed any steps, and I can't find anything. Any ideas what the issues are? I am stumped.

Please try one thing more, just to be sure: disable joomdlehooks plugin and repeat the process, to confirm that Joomdle is indeed causing the problem.
As for the filters: what did you have at the beggining and what did you set it to to make it work?

I get the same error. in joomdle web servcies.
An unexpected error happened: 23604497: Can not find data record in database table external_functions. | ERRORCODE: invalidrecord
I have changed the content.php as per your previous thread. Also redone the user and tokens. however there is still an error.
i also get an error
XML-RPC Error (23604497): Can not find data record in database table external_functions. | ERRORCODE: invalidrecord
we are using moodle 3.1 joomdle 1.05. and the latest joomla.

Eric: I cannot tell you anything else from here. If you want, I can try taking a look at your site, in case I can see anything.
biingwanyin: please open a new topic, as you error does not seem related.

I have been away for a bit, so I was unable to try your suggestion until now. I disabled the Joomdlehooks plugin and the problem persists. So Joomdle is not the cause. I will look at other software on the website to determine the cause. Thank you for your help.
