problem with cyrillic names

I have tested with:
7.0.15-0ubuntu0.16.04.4
5.6.30-7+deb.sury.org~xenial+1

In both cases it is working fine: groups names are correct in Joomla.

You upgraded to 1.1.1 in both Joomla and Moodle, right?
Do you have a test installation we could use for debugging?

is need to install new in moodle?

Yes, you need to upgrade Joomdle on Moodle to 1.1.1. Didn't you do that?

i upgrade moodle side mod's and the problem is solved...it's work very good.not need any more testing.
