Hi.
No one has reported that problem before, and I just tested and it is working fine for me.
Could this be because a conflict with the ultimate user stuff I see in your screenshots? You could try disabling all that to check.

i've tried another time to upload cvs file, same internal server error, but, i've read the moodle tip for this error: "Error reading temporary file"
Could this hopeful for a solution?

The internal server error is a generic server error. To get more info you would need to check web server logs.
What have you set as additional data source in Joomdle configuration? If you have something set, set it t none and test.
Also, try disabling ultimate user and any other non-core user plugins.
