XML-RPC Error (7021)

Can somebody Puhleeaase step me through this stinking

XML-RPC Error (7021) Error.

I have read the other posts on this error and I just cannot seem to follow what and where people are going to fix it.

I am about a heartbeat away from getting rid of the whole thing and trying another app.

Sorry to hear you are struggling with this. 7021 problems are a result of configuration issues as the other posts suggest.
