and i was reading the post from the beginning

i dont know how to insert this by hand
INSERT INTO mdl_mnet_host2service(hostid, serviceid, publish) VALUES ('0', '4', '1');

yes!

I looked in the FTP and there is a index.php
the full path is www.dcd-host.com/escola/admin/index.php but it shows a blank page
(escola means school)

I think this is a fatal error not showing up :(

Can you enable error reporting in PHP?

Which Moodle version are you using?

That is exactly what it meant. I researched it and found that I needed to put my actual server IP in the networking rpc hosts.
It works like a charm now.

Another thing: did you do something with the enrol_joomdle.zip file?

This file is not needed at first, and it could be the source of the problem. If you have unzipped it anywhere, remove it.

that error was appearing even before i unzip the enrol_joomdle
i had unzipped in the enrol folder but now i have deleted it
