I tried again and SSO does not work:
- I log in Joomla
- Open moodle in other window and I am not logged in
Does that work for you?

I have just went to my joomla site(satyainfopages.com/ecrd)
1. i signed up a new user munishrediff (password as password)
2. I went to moodle admin panel and saw that this user is there, auto created, so this means joomdleHooks is workinf fine. correct me if i m rong.
3. I logged out moodle and went to my joomla site ( with no user logged in)
4.I clicked on a course and it asks me to enrol. As i click enrol button, it asks me to login
5. i entered munishrediff(password as password) and it took me to a weird location.
Kindly do it like this..i gave u my joomla and moodle passwords both in a PM.Kindly look into it seriously.

4) Log in with the user you created
5) Open moodle site. Is the user logged in moodle?
joomdlehooks is working for auto creating users, but it seems it is not for auto logging them.

4. I looged in first(into joomla)
5. Now when i click on the course, i can enrol myself to the course.
So it means that always, i have to login into joomla first and then i can go into moodle courses ??

Ok, I see the problem now: it seems there is www and not www confussion. You have to make sure everything is configured the same, in moodle, joomla and joomdle.
