[Solved] SSO (Single Sign On) doesn't work was created by Steve Neufeld
JOOMDLE is installed and seems to be working on JOOMLA 1.5 and MOODLE 1.9 -- the JOOMDLE COURSES display fine. The MOODLE calendar also integrates into JOOMLA.
When a JOOMLA user registers and creates a JOOMLA account, a mirror account is created in MOODLE. The same username and password work fine in both JOOMLA and MOODLE. When a user logs out of MOODLE, they are also automatically logged out of JOOMLA.
However, the SSO doesn't seem to work from JOOMLA to MOODLE. When a user logs in to JOOMLA and then clicks on one of the MOODLE courses in MY JOOMDLE COURSES they end up in the target moodle as a GUEST and have to log in, after which they end up on the FRONT PAGE.
Attached are some screenshots of the settings in MOODLE and JOOMLA -- what am I missing to make the SSO work properly?
Thanks!

Ok, I took a look (I registered a new user to test, hope it is ok).
SSO is working: you can test by logging in joomla and then openning site.com in another window.
It seems is the www and not www problem:
- You have moodle site root configured as www.site.com
- You have all moodle configs without www
Change joomdle config in moodle and joomla to add www and it should be ok.
Hope this helps.

Fantastic! Such a simple thing--drives me bananas sometimes...browsers nowadays just seem to ignore the 'www', so I get a bit careless. Sorry about that!
Works perfectly now. Great stuff!
Mucho gracias!

De nada
If you like Joomdle and want to help, you can post a review on the Joomla Extension Site:
