This error usually indicates that you entered an incorrect value for Joomla URL on Joomdle auth plugin in Moodle.

joomla and moodle are at localhost.

pwrssr is the name of the user who replied you with the pics in this thread.
Check that you have joomla running in the configured address.

Then you are having a strange problem 
I would try to debug modifying check_joomdle_system() function, in content.php component helper, to try to find out what is coming from Joomla.
