joomdle noob

Hey all,

I'm sorry to bring such a remedial question to the table here, but I've run out of ideas. I'm trying to build a site with joomla and have it fully integrated with moodle, which obviously brought me here. I'm reading the installation prerequisites and one of the items listed is XML-RPC. I do not have this plugin listed in my PHP Information area of Joomla. I'm not sure what to do next. I've googled like crazy trying to find somewhere to download it so that I can install it but I've had no luck. I'm sure it's something completely stupid I'm missing because clearly nobody else is having this issue, just looking for a little guidance in the right direction.

Hi.

If you are on shared hosting, you will need to ask your hosting provider to install it for you, as is not something that can be installed by the end user.

Some hosting providers will install it, and some other will tell you they cannot do it. In that case, you would need to swicth provider.
