XML-RPC Call to Undefined Function was created by Cody Harris
Greetings all-

I'm almost at my wit's end here, so any help would be appreciated. With Joomdle installed and (as much as I can) configured correctly, upon signing in to the front end of my Joomla site I am taken to the following page (which renders blank):

[domain...]/moodle/auth/joomdle/land.php?username=teachertest&token=a1a90d8aff51965f7c39766e999ddafb&use_wrapper=0&create_user=0&wantsurl=%2F

Now, if I return to the main Joomla site, I'm greeted by the following friendly error message:
faultCode0faultStringFatal error:Call to undefined function xmlrpc_encode_request() in [path.to.site]/administrator/components/com_joomdle/helpers/content.php on line 81

In order to get back to the regular front-end screen, I have to force my user to log out through the Joomla admin panel. I used a shared hosted server running PHP5 on CGI from 1&1, and I have verified with them that XML-RPC is enabled (my PHP was compiled --with-xmlrpc).

Please, any help would be great!

Best Regards,
Cody Harris

Hi there,

In the system health check are all the options showing green check marks? Have you enabled any of the modules to pull content from Moodle? If so do they display or is that showing error messages?

I have also sent you a PM

Thanks Chris!

I will work you off the forums to try and resolve this, and post back here once we've come up with a solution.

Hi

I am not able to add attachments in the PM, thus the response here.

The attachment shows you an extract of what you should see in your php info. If I recall yous has two mentions of XML-RPC (the basic two) but when the libraries are installed and enabled you will see these additional making it 6 "mentions".

I have made the other comment in the PM
