Joomdle hwdmediashare problem was created by Roger
Hello ppl,
I´m having a problem with joomdle and hwdmediashare.
Since i enable the plugin System - Joomdlesessionthe components hwdphotoshare and hwdmediashare stop working.
It gives em the follow errors:
hwdphotoshare
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class UserController in /web/components/com_hwdphotoshare/controller.php on line 390
hwdvideoshare
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class UserController in /web/components/com_hwdvideoshare/controller.php on line 430
Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this problems?
Kind Regards
Rogério

Hi there,
We have not experimented with this extension yet on a Joomdle site. Based on the error message it looks like a conflict with the class naming. Regardless, Antonio will be back online in a couple and days and may have some ideas. In the mean time, can you share which version of hdwmediashare you are using.
Also you may wish to change the order of the plugins. I have seen errors before where the plugins had to be loaded up in a particular order to avoid conflicts.

Hello,
Thank you for you fast reply.
I´ve already tested the position of the plugins and the errors still there.
The versions that i use are:
hwdPhotoShare 2.1.7 Revision 380 Alpha [ Hume ]
hwdVideoShare 2.1.7 Revision 330 Beta [ Masterton ]
If you have any ideia please let me know.
Regards
Rogério

Hi.
I visited the hwdmediashare site and it seems you need to have a paid plan to download their products, so I am afraid we would not be able to test this unless someone makes the software available for us.
Is the session plugin the only one giving problems? You can use Joomdle without session sync (in fact I think most people do).

Hi,
Yes, the session plugin is the only one who makes conflicts.
I´ve disable it and it works just great. I just thought that was mandatory this plugin be enable.
Thank you for your time.
