please how do it use the block_jsgroup.zip file in the moodle folder. i don't know where to put it.

Put jsgroup folder in to moodle\blocks folder. ;)

ok i have put it in that directory but i still don't know how it works, what functionnality does it add to the joomla-moodle integration

This block is used to create a group in Jomsocial for each course and each time a user is enrolled in the course that user is added to the Jomsocial Group for that course.
