You said you tried new paypal. That will not work with Joomdle.

Are orders confirmed also when using old paypal?

I switched to legacy when I read on the wiki the API system didn't work and have been using the legacy system ever since. Still no joy. I can give you access if you like, I've pm'd you skype details if it's easier.

For the record: Finally the problem was that the IPN handler had not been changed in Paypal config in VM.
