IP's are matching and I am still getting "Source IP not allowed: 173.245.54.206 "
Not sure what else to do.

Me neither.... if that is the IP entered, I don't understand how it would say it is not allowed

Here is the link to the moodle wrapper
www.learnvera.com/index.php/courses
I will now test by creating a user and enrolling in a course.

Joomdle wrapper will work even if system check presents a problem. You need to fix that, though, as many other joomdle functions won't work.

Hi Antonio,
I now done the installation 4 times (moodle & joomdle) and I get the same
Source IP not allowed: 173.245.54.206
Not sure what else to do. I tried adding the IP to the joomdle token. I did the installation using the CPanel Fanstastico and I also did a manual installation but I get the same outcome. I'm almost out of ideas. The only thing I haven't done is do the installation from home instead from work. I don't know if that would make a difference. I think that having it installed correctly the first time might be having an effect on my problem? Not sure.... I'm about to give up. Thanks for all your help.

This is a Joomla thing, not Moodle. The message is given by Joomdle when the IP address of the connection from Moodle to Joomla web services is different that the one configured in Joomdle settings in Joomla.
I don't know what you can do, aside from debugging the code (that iw what I would do)

Hi Antonio,
I just finished doing a complete new Joomla/Joomdle/Moodle installation. And now I get two errors "Moodle cannot connect to Joomla" and Received empty response from Moodle. I doubled checked the token and its correct and I checked the config.php file to see where it was pointing to and $CFG->wwwroot = ' learnvera.com/moodle ' which seems correct and $CFG->dataroot = '/home/mychur5/moodledata'; seems correct also. Unless moodledata should also be inside my learnvera directory, which is not.
$CFG->wwwroot = ' learnvera.com/moodle ';
$CFG->dataroot = '/home/mychur5/moodledata';
$CFG->admin = 'admin';
I feel that I am now a little bit closer to solving this problem but I need a bit more help. Thanks!

Well, I think you are worse than before. In the beginning, Joomla connected to Moodle well, but Moodle could not connect to Joomla (due to IP error).
Now, Joomla cannot connect to Moodle

I too had the same problem; I double-checked EVERYTHING in the System Health documentation. Twice!
Toolie
- It kept reporting a bad source IP address that is a completely different IP address from what we see in CPanel for the account.
- I put what I believed was the correct IP in the Joomdle configuration and it didn't work.
- I also put the IP Address that shows in the account into the Moodle XML-RPC Trusted Hosts configuration, and it DID trust that, but the "wrong" one in the test box came back untrusted.
- I left the IP address from the CPanel in the XML-RPC Trusted Hosts and put the reported IP from the Joomdle System check into the Joomdle configuration, and it finally went green.
