hi, i am new to joomdle,i just wanted to know while my joomdle site is under development, i wanted to redirect users to a welcome page.where to give the url of that page?,please help any one?

I guess that is a joomla question, not joomdle's. You can set your site offline for example.

Yes, although the process of migrating the users can be slow, and requires setting a new password for all users.
