Hello everyone on the forum and Antonio....I have a question.

My "System Check" was working good and then suddenly Joomdle Web Services had a big red cross next to it. :whistle: The message says IP address not allowed followed by a string of numbers (the IP address). I went into Configuration and typed in the new Internal IP address.

Single sign out failed when web services failed. After entering the new IP address, it is working as before.

My question is, do I need to do this all the time when the internal IP address changes? I did not use redirectless SSO and I did not use redirectless logout. The cookie path is empty.

Well, in a "normal" hosting company, your IP won't change. I would just move hosting provider, or ask them not to change my IP.
If your IP is changing constantly, you won't be able to use Joomdle without modifyng its code, maybe to accept an address mask.
