[Solved] Web Service Error "Function not exist"

In place of the upgrade button, the following message appears:

"You must resolve all plugins requirements before proceeding with the installation of this version of Moodle"

What does that mean?

You need to remove the rocket theme folder, as it is the one giving problems.

The problem was solved permanently deleting the theme Rocket
