Membership Pro Profile data not syncing with Moodle at registration

Hi there,

This is my first time setting up Joomdle/Moodle and I'm hopeful the problem here is just a configuration issues, but I can't seem to get Membership Pro profile data syncing with Moodle at registration and I can't see what I have wrong in the setup.

I have the 3 Membership Pro plugins installed and enabled plus I have all green checks on the System Check.

I've attached screenshots showing the Membership Pro component being selected as an additional data source, and I've been able to set up the field mappings without any problem, but each time I test registering, I'm redirected to a blank Moodle profile page to complete before I can access the course - also attached.

I was wondering if it's something to do with User Profiles, but if I go to the Profile Types section, it tells me it's currently disabled and I can't select anything under the "Use Profile Type" drop-down... from my reading of the documentation, I just have to select the additional data source so I'm a little unsure what to check next.

Any ideas why the data isn't syncing?
