Problem Grouping or Cohorting Courses

I am kind of stocked middle way to rounding up my project, but still wondering if things will go well till the end.
Here is the project goal overview:
Multitenancy eLearning site tertiary institutions using the following software.
1. Moodle 3.1/IOMAD ver. for multitenancy
2. Joomla 3.7.x for course presentation to users.
3. Joomdle 1.1.3 for Moodle/Joomla course bridge.
4. JomSocial and Kunena for different course activities.
5. PayPlan for membership subscriptions.
6. JomSocial multi-profile
My target audience is over 20 tertiary institutions, each institution has 5-8 departments and faculties, with their various disciplines, in turn every discipline has different classes at least 6 - 12 courses per semester (course bundle plan for distinct class or level). They seem to be very backward in computing, and wish to simplify enrollment process for everyone.
Student member sign up, subscribe for a plan, complete all JomSocial profile field and get enrolled into his cohort or group as a bundle.
The two Moodle and Joomla instances are hocked successfully, courses replicated in Joomla forum and JomSocial activity stream but...
My challenge is each member cannot enroll into any course, let alone separating them as a class bundle in a single enrollment.
I have searched for PayPlans Joomdle plugin in PayPlans app store and here but can't find it.
Can anyone assist on how to filter each class (1, 2, 3, 4... year) with all their courses from each other
Separate each department, separate each faculty, and institution without all courses mixing up in one list for enrollment simplicity?
Please help folks

> Student member sign up, subscribe for a plan, complete all JomSocial profile field and get enrolled into his cohort or group as a bundle.
This should be possible using the plugins you can find here:
www.joomdle.com/download/category/23-payplans
Checking you wiki link, I see we need to complete documentation for them.
In normal Payplans integration, you choose some courses, so when a users signs up for a plan, he is enroled in those courses.
With the other 2 plugins, you associate just the course, but also the cohort/group (depending on the plugin used).
You could have:
Plan A: Course 1 (Group 1A), Course 2 (Group 2A)
Plan B: Course 1 (Group 1B), Course 2 (Group 2B)
> Can anyone assist on how to filter each class (1, 2, 3, 4... year) with all their courses from each other

I am sorry, I don't understand what you mean here.

I can see it was an over sight in the first place, got every other plugins downloaded and installed initially and didn't know PayPlans Joomdle was not included in the initial installations.

We are using a flat subscription plan for all students, I am considering users auto enrollment base on user profile category fields (1. Institution > 2. Faculty > 3. Department > 4. Level), and get enrolled into particular "Level cohort courses"
In other word, after subscription, setting these school fields in your profile should pull up the associated course.
See attached illustrative.

Joomdle-Payplans integration does not work this way.
If you have 48 different possible course combinations, you will need 48 plans.
I guess you you can make this more user-friendly using something like this:
www.readybytes.net/payplans/documentatio...ouping-of-plans.html
With that you should at least reduce the plans showing to user.
If you really need to show less plans, I guess you would need some custom solution:
1- View to choose institution
2- View to choose Faculty
3- View to choose Department
And then you would get to Payplans to do plan selection.

I really appreciate your effort,
This documentation seems one step to the possible solution.www.readybytes.net/payplans/documentatio...ouping-of-plans.html
But...
I did prefer
a. So where do I look for this customization, Joomdle or PayPlan component? If you really need to show less plans, I guess you would need some custom solution:
1- View to choose institution
2- View to choose Faculty
3- View to choose Department
And then you would get to Payplans to do plan selection.
b. If on Joomdle, what are the requirements?

You would create your own way of presenting the options to the users until they get to Payplans.

Please write to development@joomdle.com if you want to discuss this further. That said, I would not be able to do any work on this until the end of the month at least.
Also, please note this development is not really related to Joomdle, so you may be able to find a developer who can do it cheaper.
