Yes, right now it would be as you say, but it is quite awful.

I will try to add the option to include buyer in assign courses view for next release, which should be out soon.

your feedback made me clearer about the parent/children option behaviour.
This will help me to setup appropriate User Group for Parent and Children use as well as to design better menus for the mentioned user groups.
