Hi,
I'm using joomdle for my site and when I click in the Joomla menu I come to the course as seen in Joomdle, see attached image.



When I click on the breadcrumb in the Joomdle bootstrap template I come to the course as seen in Moodle, see attached image.



Is there a way to make these two point to the same page, ie the Joomdle page.

There is no way to do what you want. If you want to use Joomdle course view, you could try to modify the Moodle template to not show breadcrumbs.
I don't know many people using the course view, so I don't know of any other options.

Thanks for your reply, how do most people show the content of a course if not course view?

Most people use either the wrapper, or Moodle in its own window.
