I just wrote this: www.joomdle.com/wiki/Modules#mod_joomdle_my_badges
but it is not really a tutorial, but just a description.

I cannot think of anything more to write, as there is not much more to it: you just publish the module and it will show user badges.

If you think I can add anything else, please let me know.
