I have followed the install instructions for the Joomdle plugin on a new install of both Moodle & Joomla (installed on a virtual Ubuntu server). Got to the end and ran the system health check in Joomla and I receive a message indicating "An unexpected error happened: 404: Unknown error" next to Joomdle Web Services. All other entries in the System Health Check are showing with ticks.

I've tried to snoop around to find a possible solution for this, but have had no luck, can anybody suggest anything?

Thanks.

You can enable debugging in Moodle to get more info about the problem.

Re-ran, the error is now showing as:

"An unexpected error happened: 28194976: Method "joomdle_system_check" does not exist | ERRORCODE:"

It seems you forgot to add functions to service in Moodle.

I thought that might have been the issue, but all functions were added to the service in Moodle, I have just double checked this.

Something weird is happening then, as I have never seen that.

I would just delete the service in Moodle, and re-create it, along with a new token.

That worked, thanks!

Just a note, the install instructions related to adding functions to service ( www.joomdle.com/wiki/Installing_Joomdle_...functions_to_service ) reads as if all functions (not just Joomdle specific functions) should be added. Might be worth editing to make this more clear.

Thanks though!
