There's no solution: Joomdle won't force you to use Joomla groups, unless you need them. If you need them, but have too many, we cannot do anything to solve that.

Joomdle does not need to create Joomla user groups to work. It will only create them if you enable the option. So, if you have too many courses, you can disable it and not create groups.
Creating Joomla groups for courses is only really needed for Kunena integration.

how can i disable that? where is that setting to disable create usergroups?
is your mean joomdleconfig=> user profile tab> joomla user groups ?
