Hi
I am using joomla 3.8 and moodle 3.5.5 for some time and its working great with joomdle. Few weeks back when I enabled https on my jomla site, I observed that new users created on joomla are not created in moodle .

When I go to joomdle->users and try to add a joomla user to moodle , I get following error

XML-RPC Error (404): Argument 1 passed to truncate_userinfo() must be of the type array, string given, called in /var/www/html/newlearning/auth/joomdle/auth.php on line 3257

I am enforcing https from joomla admin , If I remove that this works fine .

Can you tell me a fix for this ?

Hi. First thing is to look at system check after you move to https, to confirm it is all green. I guess you changed URLs in Joomdle config in Joomla and Moodle when you move to https?

Yes, thats the first thing I checked and its fine . Also other things are working like I can see courses in joomla , its just that joomla users dont get added to moodle .

Are you creating Joomla users with normal method?
Check that you have have enabled user sync in Joomdle config in Joomla.
Also check that you have not enable Profile Types in Joomdle config in Joomla.

Thanks , found the issue. Actually my joomla site was https but moodle was still http only so in moodle the configuration was wrong . As the Quizes were appearing in joomla , I did not check and for some reason I thought system check was ok but it was not . Once you reminded , checked again and found the issue.

Thanks a lot Antonio. Its a great plugin you have created
