great thanks
so if it is installed why can't I install the moodle files?
I still get this error
can't find XML setup file

1 the XML-RPC is activated
2 I installed the Joomdle package, but not the joomdle-moodle and enrol_signup, because then I get that error "can't ind XML setup file

It seems you are still trying to install Moodle plugins in Joomla.
You need to install them in Moodle.

Could you help me with this? Should I install Moodle on its own domain and databas and later intergrate it with my joomla website that is on another domain or what is best?

Best/Easiest setup is to install Moodle in same domain as Joomla, inside a subfolder, like:
yourjoomlasite.com/courses
