See screen shot of Configuration Page. Not sure why it shows like this?

Cannot make any changes here.

PHP Version 7.2.21
Joomla! Version Joomla! 3.9.8 Stable [ Amani ] 11-June-2019 20:00 GMT

Did you select any additional data source or shop integration? It seems it is breaking fatally.

Try disabling joomdleprofile and joomdleshop plugins, if you have any installed, and then check config page again.

That fixed the problem.
Disasbled and re enabled the plugins and now works fine.
