XML-RPC Error (23604497): Can't find data record in database table course. | ERRORCODE: invalidrecord

Joomla 3.9.13
Moodle 3.7.3
Joodle 1.2.6

Not having much luck tracking this one down. Any tips or suggestions as to why this may be failing?
