I am new to Joomdle. I have a joomla website.

I downloaded and installed free things about joomdle. Everything seems working except PHP extension XML-RPC which is not enabled by my hosting company. Can I still proceed? And I know Joomdle is what I need but I am not sure about how it works. I am planning to offer paid English lesseons through skype and use Joomdle for record keeping and other interactions between teachers, students and office.
And I would like to download your paid stuff as well like Hikashop and others. However paypal is not allowed here in my country. How can I make the payment? Is there any other way of making payment in order to download paid items?
