Integrating one moodle Website with multiple shops

We have a unique situation. We are using one moodle platform for international course offerings, but we have unique websites for each international office (about 50) with individual shops for each office. Is it possible to connect the single moodle website to multiple shops? Has anyone ever had a similar setup and can you share your experience getting this kind of setup up and running?

Joomdle needs a 1-1 connection between Joomla and Moodle, so what you want is not possible.

There are a lot of issues if you think about it: for example, if you have 2 users in different Joomla sites sharing the same username, how could you have accounts for them in Moodle?
We did some research on this some time ago and decided it was not worth it, as it could complicate things a lot, assuming it was possible.
