Hi,
I am getting error
An unexpected error happened: 23000021: Access control exception | ERRORCODE: accessexception

I have been struggling to sort this issue out but I ended up loosing the whole website. Somehow i have recovered the website and reinstalled the joomdle plugin but the error is still there.

Kindly help.

This seems like a token issue. Enable debugging in Moodle to try to get more info about the problem.

once an enrolled user through Joomla logs in, it throws out the following message and white screen. Not proceeding to moodle.

XML-RPC Error (23000021): Access control exception (Refused web service access for password expired username: joomdle_connector) | DEBUG INFO: Refused web service access for password expired username: joomdle_connector | ERRORCODE: accessexception

It seems somehow password expired for joomdle_connector user. I have never seen this happen before, so maybe you did some process with the users and this one was caught.
Edit the user and make his password not expired. Then test again.
