Dear Antonio, Chris!

We faced with a strange issue on our system. Maybe for you is a petty to solve it.

If I create a user in Jomsocial there is no automatic syncronization on Moodle database users only if I do it manually. Before it worked, but since some time doesnt. ( Some other guys missetting something, but they dont have clue what)

On the system check all is green, there is no problem at all with the courses, we face only with joomla( jomsocial) -> moodle auto syncronization.

The profile type is created i joomsocial, the profile types are the same in joomdle, the mapping in joomlde is empty.

The syncronization works only manually if I choose a user in joomdle user interface and click on add users to moodle.

System: joomla 2.5 and joomdle 0.94.

I guess there is something missconfigured.

Can you help us please to find the reason?

I am totally lost now.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

Review: The User syncronisation works from Moodle to Joomla, but from Joomla ( Joomsocial ) to moodle not

The most likely cause is profile types: is the profile type you are selecting for the user set to be created in moodle in joomdle->profile types?

Dera Antonio!

Thank you for your mail

Yes I have created the same profile types in joomdle and Jomsocial.

The multi Profile types is not enabled in Jomsocial, I have only added a profile type in joomdle

I have the same feelings that u concerning with this problem, but I can not figure out what is this exactly.

How can I check the profile types in moodle?

> The multi Profile types is not enabled in Jomsocial,

So, do you have it enabled in Joomdle? If so, just disable it.

Hi Antonio.

Yes, I have disabled in joomdle also.

Can you please look for a moment on our site?

Can I send you the credentials to you on pm?

Just to check what is the problem in fact.

Hi there,

If you would like somebody to log into your site to help resolve the issues, this would be a chargeable exercise and you can drop us a note at development@joomdle.com.

I have a few comments on the above:
1) You say it was working some time back. Why not just restore one of your working backups to your local PC / somewhere and look at the previous configuration?
2) You say syncronisation is not working. Is user creation working and just missing fields not syncronised? You will need to map fields if you are expecting fields to be syncronised.

Hi Chris!

Thank you for your mail.

I just get in touch with Antonio. Maybe he can resolve it. From backend if I create a new user, the sync is ok, but if I create a user from jomsocail from frontend, the registration not syncing.

Strange issue.

For anyone reading this: finally problem was some incompatibility that appeared when enabling "auto login users on registration" on Joomdle. Disabling it made the error go away.
